There are always questions—how does a group keep motivation high, and which routines suit various needs? We adapt, learn, and ask for input to create sessions that remain fresh and inclusive.

Does progress look different for each person? Absolutely. Support is woven into each class format, and everyone can adjust intensity, try new activities, or simply show up and join the community.
